Ordering with the app and picking up was very quick. Complete and warm. Very friendly.

Was completely closed, but no visible information about it. Only at the counter.

This is one of the worst McDonald's ever !!! Each time either the sauce, the side dish is missing or you get a completely different order !! Please check the order at the Drivein switch to make sure everything is there! @McDonalds take care of it or does your reputation ignore the A **** ?!

Cold burger unfortunately

I visit the Mc Donalds Langenau regularly. Unfortunately, I have to say that the organization and coordination in "Mc Drive" often leaves a lot to be desired. Instead of placing an order at the automatic ordering machine that corresponds to my wishes, you could just as easily order a "surprise bag" and then get angry about the contents. Approximately 50% of the contents of the order do not match the receipt (provided it is given to you) or is completely missing. In response to multiple inquiries and requests for corrections, I respond to unfriendliness, lack of understanding and the impression that the employees are interested in satisfying the customer is not created.

Try to make the best of every situation

Unfortunately I didn't notice everything I ordered and paid for. Glasses do not match the advertising in terms of color

The best McD along the A7. Is not located at a rest area, so very little going on and still close to the motorway. Dogs are also allowed and a nice one next to it.

Unfortunately, Corona is not taken very seriously here. But the food tastes good anyway.

What puzzles me right now is that there is no query as to who visited the bar and when. It is also very bad that so many people are allowed to enter the bar without a mask. Why don't you throw these out? It must also be feasible in Corona times to wipe the tables regularly.

Haven't been here for a long time and read the reviews that weren't great. But nothing like that. Very clean in the restaurant, friendly staff who also understand German. Everything that was ordered came quickly and tasted okay. Everyone in Germany has known for years that the fries at McDonalds died after about six to seven minutes. Something urgently needs to be changed. Otherwise nothing to complain about. We hope that our next visit will look like this again.

Nice staff, but nobody asks for personal data because of Corona and the tables are always dirty. The salad is now even smaller and the Big Tasty will soon look like a normal burger. The portions are getting smaller and more expensive at Mc Donalds

Just ordered an Iced frappe coffee and literally got a cup of half full ice. So just don't go. I think theft is that The sandwiches were lukewarm. Not good either

I was there shortly after opening in the morning at 9:15. Unfortunately there was a lack of cleanliness. The first table was very dirty, the second table was dirty so I called the staff to clean it first. The food was good.

We had ordered food for 25 € today ... almost everything was only lukewarm .... is a mess at these prices .... also large fries only half full .... were given back with the note .... !!!!!. Probably a store manager with bad German ...... then get fresh and hot fries

Food was there like you're used to at the MC. But we should not talk about hygiene. A dog knocked over his water bowl. Can happen. Two employees stepped over the pool of water 5 times, which was now between 3 tables. But mop up ho. The bins were now overcrowded. The trays were therefore placed on the adjacent tables. They were disposed of by the staff, but emptying the trash was too much trouble. It remained full. The floor was greasy. And stuck around the counter. Not what you're used to at the MC. And when she finally mopped the dog's water, she only wiped it out. In short ... Not recommended.

Shrove Tuesday, 2pm; nothing really going on, sometime someone came and cleaned up the remains on the floor 👍🏻 But maybe cleaning tables beforehand would be more logical and above all much more necessary, especially when the sun shines on the black table tops
